Liability :

Article 1 – Acceptance of Risk

1. The participant acknowledges that participation in a ride with military vehicles involves certain risks, including but not limited to: falling, bumps, injuries caused by unexpected vehicle movements, or accidents involving third parties.

2. The participant fully accepts that participation is at his/her own risk.
   
   Article 2 – Liability

3. The organizer, its volunteers, board members, and any partners are not liable for any damage of any kind that the participant may suffer during or as a result of participation in the event.

4. This applies to both material damage and personal injury or consequential damage, unless caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of the organizer.
   
   

   Article 3 – Health and Conduct

5. The participant declares to be in good health and physically able to participate in the ride without danger.

6. The participant agrees to strictly follow the instructions of the organizer or guides at all times.
   
   

   Article 4 – Other Provisions

7. Participation by minors is only permitted under supervision and with written consent of a parent/guardian.

8. This waiver must be agreed with and is binding for the entire duration of the event.
